In Ayurveda, stress is known as SAHASA &#8211; it causes loss of immunity and makes the body vulnerable to various diseases. Unhealthy food, irregular or improper routines and uncontrolled mental emotions like fear, anger, grief, etc. can lead to stress. \n\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33fe582 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"33fe582\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAyurveda says that emotions are directly connected to bodily organs. When a negative emotion is suppressed, it stresses the organs leading to diseases. From an Ayurvedic perspective, stress is a disturbed state of the nervous system which is regulated by the Vata Dosha. According to Ayurveda, life is a balanced combination of body, mind, and soul. To achieve a balanced state, Ayurveda recommends lifestyle modifications.
